What is the Cook & Boardman Group Webstore?

The Cook & Boardman Group has partnered with The KDI Group to create a company webstore allowing you to purchase On Demand or Quick Ship items branded with the Cook and Boardman Group Logo. All purchases are credit card only and include Free Shipping. Items offered on this website have been chosen by the Cook & Boardman Group.

On Demand Items are processed after you place your order. On Demand products have minimum and maximum order amounts, and some items may have to be ordered by the case. Production times and order quantities are listed in the product descriptions.

Quick ship items are already branded and in stock at the KDI Warehouse, ready to ship within 3 business days of placing your order. All Quick Ship items will be shipped separate from your On Demand products.

Why are some items offered in case packs?

Some items have special requirements from the manufacturer to produce and require orders by their set case packs instead of minimum and maximum amounts. Please see each item for the case pack order requirements. Items that have to be ordered by the case have (CASE PACKS) noted in the item name.

What shipping services are offered?

Please plan your orders accordingly as all items are shipped standard ground shipping.

On Demand items are typically shipped direct from the manufacturer using standard ground shipping from USPS, UPS or FedEX depending on their policy and your shipping location.

Quick Ship items include Standard Ground Shipping from the KDI Group Warehouse (in Greensboro, North Carolina) typically using USPS, but may use UPS or FedEx services depending on your location and standard shipping rates.

All orders placed online will receive a tracking number from the KDI Warehouse via email once your order has shipped. You will receive more than one tracking number if you order Quick Ship and On Demand Items together.

When will my items ship, and where will they ship from?

On-Demand Items: These items vary from 5-15 business days for production, depending on the item. These products are made to order once you submit your request and shipped direct from the manufacturer.

Tradeshow Display Items: 5-9 business days depending on the item. These items are produced on-demand as well and shipped direct from the manufacturer.

Quick Ship Items: Quick Ship Warehouse Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5PM EST and orders are shipped within 3 Business Days of receipt of order from the KDI Group Warehouse in Greensboro, North Carolina. Orders will only be processed within normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, but you must contact us to place International orders and be billed direct for items and International freight. Fill out our Special Order Form to be connected with a Marketing Specialist to start an International order. Please allow us 2 business days to respond to your request.

What is your Return Policy?

On Demand and Quick Ship items are not returnable, unless damaged or defective. If your item(s) are damaged or defective call us and we will assist you with replacement products. Please make sure to check the sizing chart links in the apparel descriptions as you cannot exchange apparel for other sizes.

What if I want an item not found in the Webstore?
